A Quick Discussion of the Skirts on my 17th Century Mantua Gown

This is a quick video of the skirts on my 17th Century mantua gown and how they are looped up in their distinctive pleats!

I did not use a pattern for this gown, but did heavily reference Period Costume for the Stage and Screen (1500-1800) by Jean Hunnisett (affiliate link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/0887346103/...)
