How To Soak Nuts And Seeds

HOW TO SOAK NUTS AND SEEDS IN LARGE BATCHES
1. Place your seeds into a medium/large bowl and cover with purified water - I like reverse osmosis or distilled water.
2. Massage nuts/seeds gently to remove any particulates.
3. Leave to soak over night or about 10-12 hours.
4a. Drain, rinse, and place in a single layer onto a dehydrator sheet.
4b. If you are only soaking a small amount for immediate use, there is no need to dehydrate - just use immediately after rinsing.
5. Place into dehydrator and set to 100 - 105 degrees Fahrenheit and leave for at least 24 hours.
6. After 24 hours, check to make sure all nuts and seeds are completely dry. If any moisture is left, mold can form when in storage.
7. Once completely dry, store in the fridge or freezer until ready to use.
