Hiking to the Giant Steps waterfall in Paradise Valley | Lake Louise, Banff National Park

We return over a year later to the wonderful Paradise Valley to explore the Giant Steps waterfall. These falls are location near the end of the valley sandwiched between the famous Lake Louise & Moraine Lake but this valley is nowhere near as popular as the other tourist attractions. It has a small parking alot along the Moraine Lake road and even has a backcountry campground for those who wish to stay for multiple days.

On this video we hike down the Paradise Creek, do a little pit stop at Lake Annette to enjoy the view but also witness a small avalanche off Mount Temple. We then proceed along the Temple Northern Scree route and down to the Giant Steps via the backcountry campground trail. We did not have the time to venture deep into the valley like last time but we did spend ALOT of time at the waterfalls to film an incredible video for you guys to enjoy!
