Who needs frozen fries when you can make these crispy, golden, and 100% homemade potato fries at home?
In this recipe, I take fresh potatoes, mix them with simple ingredients, roll them flat, cut into strips, and deep fry until perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft inside.
No preservatives, no mess – just pure snack heaven!

Whether it’s tea-time, a family gathering, or a late-night craving, these fries will become your new favorite snack.

Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes
½ tbsp salt
4 tbsp corn flour
1/3 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
Oil for frying
A storage bag

Procedure:
Peel potatoes.
Boil until soft.
In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, mash them, then add salt, corn flour, and 1/3 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tbsp chili flakes.
Mix until smooth.
Place inside storage bag & roll flat.
Cut into a big rectangle, then into strips.
Deep fry until golden & crispy.
Serve hot & enjoy! ✨
