I'm an idiot with one tooth, who reacts to stuff when I have nothing better to do. Because that seems to be what all the cool people are doing these days.

I have to say that I enjoyed this a great deal. It was so good to see the different opinions and reactions, not just of the band, but their parents, their manager, their record label execs, their producer, and sound engineers - it's so obvious watching this that EVERY SINGLE PERSON involved has nothing but love and affection for these ladies.

The music industry, quite rightly, has been pilloried for decades for the way they take advantage of people, for the way young musicians are tied into contracts, for the way labels control everything about what does and doesn't happen.

And that's what makes it so refreshing and wonderful here, to watch this, to see three young ladies, taking the music industry by storm and saying "This is what WE want, give it to us or else!"....

It's so inspiring, and fantastic, and if I had a daughter I would be getting her to watch these ladies and telling her "You really CAN be whatever you want in life."

I think that's what makes them so special, and watching this just made me appreciate them even more.

And now I'm going to go and get on with my day, and will see you (hopefully) on Saturday night (my time) for a full watch along of the Teatro Metropolitan show.
