The great debate is finally settled! The Bearded Butchers cut steaks at different thicknesses, starting at 1/2" thick up to 2" thick, including their "Butcher's Favorite" thickness.

The video begins with Seth breaking a beef rib section off a grain-fed beef carcass—cutting the rib section into beautiful ribeye steaks, each marbled and delectable. After cutting, the butchers take the steaks to the charcoal grill to cook and compare which thickness is best. Not only will you discover which steak thickness they prefer, but you will also see exactly how they cooked each steak to perfection.
