🗒️ RECIPES
T = tablespoon
t = teaspoon
C = cup

➡️ KOREAN CARBONARA
2 packs udon noodles
2-3 bunches of spring onion
4 garlic cloves
6 bacon rashers
1½T gochujang (red pepper paste)
1½t soy sauce
3 egg yolks
¾C parmesan cheese

➡️ TURKISH EGGS
2 eggs

Yogurt Sauce:
1/2 C greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, grated
1T dill
salt & pepper

Butter Sauce:
3T butter
1t red pepper flakes
dash of cumin powder
