DontNod and its Life is Strange series turned me on to story-based games, but I've never played a TellTale game...until now.

And what a game! The Walking Dead tells a story that fans of the comic and TV show will find familiar, but gives it own spin. The art style makes it look like a living comic book, but its story and episodic nature win the day.

Play as Lee Everett who finds 8 year old Clementine left without her parents. He must protect her while working newfound friendships and critical decision to try and survive.

Controls can sometimes get tricky and there are a few sections that will leave you wondering what on earth you're supposed to do, but MAN does this game deliver! The best part is there are 4 more seasons to play through...and I CANNOT WAIT!

The Walking Dead Season 1 gets a 9 out of 10!
