VEIN​ is a relentless, first-person, multiplayer survival sandbox set in the haunting ruins of a near-future apocalypse. Society has collapsed, and the world is now a vast, detailed wasteland where every decision carries authentic consequence.​

This is not an arcade shooter—it is a brutal test of long-term survivalism built for players who crave realism and deep simulation.​

🩸 Core Gameplay: Survive, Rebuild, Endure​
Unforgiving Survivalism:​ Go beyond hunger and thirst. Manage fatigue, maintain body temperature through changing seasons, and treat complex wounds that fester if ignored. Survival means hunting, farming, and meticulous resource management.​Intelligent Adversaries:​ The world is roamed by terrifying zombie variants and desperate bandits. The AI can see, hear, feel, and smell you, forcing tactical caution and intelligent stealth in every encounter.​Usable Everything:​ Interact with nearly every object in the world to gather resources, set traps, or simply use a can of beans to distract a threat. The environment is your toolbox and your enemy.​Deep Fortification and Base Building:​ Claim a piece of the destroyed world and establish a persistent safehouse. Design complex defenses, manage utility grids (simulated electricity and plumbing), and fortify against raiders and hordes—alone or with friends.​Vehicles and Maintenance:​ Scavenge for cars and trucks to cover the massive, contiguous map. But beware: vehicles require constant refueling, maintenance, and part upgrades to keep running.​
