"Biased and politically motivated" -- that's how the former prime minister of Bangladesh has described her conviction for crimes against humanity.
Sheikh Hasina has rejected the death sentence handed down by the war crimes tribunal she created in 2010.
It's in relation to her government’s violent crackdown on the 2024 student-led protests that culminated in her ousting.
She was tried in absentia because she's been living in exile in India since she fled the country.
So, will New Delhi comply with demands for Hasina's extradition?
And if it refuses, how will that shape relations between Dhaka and New Delhi?
