Sit and have a chat with me about my post partum reality 2nd time round. I had horrific post partum anxiety and rage with my first child and just wanted to talk about some of my realities so first time mums or maybe even multiples parents who have never experienced it before. I chat about how I handle it and my plan of action to combat the early signs in the hopes I may be able to help someone else. Please know you are not alone and it does not make you a bad parent!
