I spent an entire Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) putting together the Dirwin Caravan Cargo Electric Bike from the ground up. In this video I take you through every step during my assembly. If you’re thinking about buying one and want to see what goes into the build, this is for you.

• Spacious 20+ cubic feet cargo volume 
• 350 W motor with pedal assist and throttle modes 
• Tricycle-style frame for greater stability
• Comes with cushions, seatbelts, rain cover, floor liner, etc. 

Why this build took a full day:
• It’s a large and complex cargo bike setup and had very poor instructions from the manufacturer with an online video with no sound to follow as a backup.
• Many brake connections and mounting issues with tiptoes
• Alignment of frame and cargo area components
• Testing, troubleshooting, and re-checking every step
• Safety-first mindset for a heavy, family-friendly bike
