Hung Kuen is propably the most famous of the Southern Boxing Systems besides Wing Chun.Known for its strong arm bridges which is well shown here.

Juding from the stance and step work I think this Three Battles set comes before the time of Wong Fei Hung when he combined Hung Gar strong Arm Bridges with the Northern Boxing stance and step work.
