Hoyt Bowhunting Award Winning Short Film - This Is Not The End

This Is Not The End is my short film that I submitted to the Hoyt Lifeblood Film Contest. My film placed in the top 5 and can be viewed on their channel and website www.hoytlifeblood.com. As I type this I am awaiting the results of the winning film!

My film documents the bow hunting experience and the challenges that come with filming a hunt, as I follow expert hunter Derrick Gherna during his 2020 deer season. As a non-hunter, this film also documents my thoughts and feelings throughout the process as I quickly fall in love with the sport.
