Along the way, we explore projection, why repressing “negative” thoughts backfires, and how modern tools like CBT can help us interrogate the stories we tell ourselves.

I also share a pair of dreams that echo Jung’s visions. If individuation asks us to retire yesterday’s ideals, what are we brave enough to lay down?
