The iTouch Air 4 Jillian Michaels edition offers most of what you expect on a smartwatch. It has over 100 fitness-tracking workouts to select from. It has a pedometer, for daily step tracking. It offers continuous heart rate monitoring that checks your heart rate 24/7. The watch shows you how many calories you burned, how many steps you’ve taken, and how many miles you have walked.

The Air 4 has a square design resembling the Apple smartwatch. It has curved corners on the body and the display. It’s a very lightweight smartwatch with a single button on the right side.
This comes in 41mm and 46mm sizes. The unit that they sent over to me is the 41mm one in all black. You can pick this up in either rose gold or black and there are 2 different color straps you can get them in.

A neat thing about the watch is that you can enable reminders to drink water and stand-up reminders. It gives you subtle vibrations throughout the day so you can stay hydrated and stretch.
This also has medication reminders. You can set up the dosage, the time, and how long you want it to remind you for.

The battery life on this is great. This will last you up to 7 days depending on how often you interact with it.
