Winter Camping on Lake Nipissing. Catching Jumbo Perch!

Rob and I head out to Callander Bay in Callander Ontario for our first overnight ice fishing trip of 2024. The weather wasn't on our side with heavy snow, 20 to 60km/hr winds and it was pretty cold with temps down to -18C without the wind. Setting up was a difficult experience with the heavy winds. After setting up and getting the diesel heater started, we took the time to get the fishing started. Rob makes a delicious beef stroganoff. We get woken up by the storm in the middle of the night and we catch Jumbo Perch! Hope you enjoy this video!
