In collaboration with the ECP, the UNDP/SELP project has developed nine instructional videos describing different activities of election process from nomination till filing of the results. These videos play a crucial role in both enhancing awareness and disseminating information to the public and other pertinent stakeholders regarding the election process. The awareness videos encompass a diverse range of topics, including the nomination process, scrutiny process, bulk breaking, dispatch and retrieval of election materials, consolidation of results by Returning Officers, pre-poll activities for polling staff, activities on the polling day, polling process, the conclusion of the poll, counting procedures at polling stations, the role of security personnel at polling stations, and instructional guidance on completing Form-45 & Form-46 (preparing results at polling stations).
