Two time Formula One World Champion Fernando Alonso is the 'race consultant' for the new GRID game from Codemasters. We headed over to Spain to quiz him on his contribution, talk about how the game compares to reality and play the game with him in a one on one race. It's not often you get the chance to talk to a two time F1 champion and Alonso is probably the most engaged in videogames, not only consulting on GRID but running his own esports team FA Racing, which counts F3 ace Jamie Chadwick among its number. It's even rarer, of course, that you get to race a two time F1 champion.
