visiting Malaysia's newest and largest 7 Eleven Cafe! worth the hype?

I finally visited the most recent talk of the town AKA the largest 7-Eleven Cafe in Malaysia! It's a concept, lifestyle + convenient store! There's even BookXcess and dessert and drinks by Niko Neko Matcha as well.
