For those that are following a low carb or keto diet and are into getting fit and healthy try this simple and easy recipe. Here are the ingredients in case you don't want to pause the video and write it down.

1 pound lean ground beef (I use 93/7 lean ground)
2 cups zucchini, peeled and chopped
2 cups Classico Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce
8 Ounces Fat Free Cottage Cheese
10 Ounces steamed spinach
4 Scoops zero carb unflavored whey protein (I used Isopure brand)

Directions - Brown meat in skillet, strain all water out of all ingredients, mix all ingredients into a casserole dish, cover with aluminum foil, bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. After baking - Top with a serving of reduced fat Italian or Mexican cheese blend heating slightly in microwave to melt cheese.

Lasts 4 days in the fridge.
