This video is about our recent case of quashing of 498A case wherein the wife implicated the whole family of the husband in false case. In this particular case the wife not just filed the false case against husband but also implicate her mother in law, father in law, sisters in law who were not even residing with them.
When our client approached the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana for quashing of FIR, the court asked the investigation officer to follow the guidelines of Arnesh Kumar vs State of Bihar and asked the IO to not to arrest any of the family member and compliance the 41A procedure.
I along with my team challenge the particular order in Hon'ble Supreme Court and within 1.5years, we quashed the whole FIR and granted the big relief to our client. The court while passing this judgment also mentioned various points which can also helped many husbands in their cases.
