Saudi AL BAIK Chicken Recipe - Delicious and Juicy chicken recipe that your family will love

In this video I will show you how to make perfect Al-Baik chicken at home. Al-Baik chicken is available in two flavours: Al-Baik and Spicy Al-Baik. This recipe is for normal Al-Baik. For spicy Al-Baik, you will need to inject chilli sauce into chicken after steaming the chicken. The rest of the recipe is same.

I have used Instant Pot to steam cook chicken but you can use a pan to do the same.

This is a secret recipe to make juicy Al-Baik Chicken which your family will love.

Ingredients
1 whole chicken with skin cut in 8 pieces
1 tsp each of ginger and garlic paste
3 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp sriracha or hot chilli sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 - 1½ tsp red chillies
1 tsp paprika powder
½ tsp sumac powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 ttsp salt
1 tsp crushed red chilli flakes

Instant Pot settings for Steam cooking
- Mode: Steam, Level: Normal, Time: 10min
