VEGETABLE SOUP
1 tbsp oil
3-4 tomatoes
1 carrot
½ beetroot
1 onion
½ red bell pepper
1-inch piece of ginger
7-8 cloves of garlic
Basil leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper
1 cup water/stock

Heat oil in a pan. Add in all the veggies with salt, pepper, basil & water/stock & cook till the veggies soften.
Blend them in the Quick Mix using the hot button function which will give you piping hot soup. Garnish with cream & basil leaves & serve hot.

SMOOTHIE BOWL
1 mango, frozen
½ pineapple, frozen
½ cup coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds

Blend the mango, pineapple, and coconut water in the Quick Mix using the smoothie mode. Garnish with chia seeds, mint leaf & serve chilled.
