Ingredients and steps:

Take 2 tbsp oil + 1tbsp sesame oil
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic
Stir fry for few seconds
Add 250g boneless chicken
Stir fry for 6-7 minutes on high heat
Add the vegetables. 1 chopped carrot
1 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup of green onions (white part)
1 cup of chopped mixed peppers
Add the vegetables to the chicken
Stir fry for 2-3 minutes
Add 1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sugar
Mix everything
Add 2-1/2 cups of water.
Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
Cook for 5-6 minutes. Mix 2 tbsp cornflour in some water. Add it to the soup. Cook until the soup is thick.
It take 4-5 minutes. Air fry some garlic bread slices
It takes 6-7 minutes at 200ºC. Once the soup is ready
Add some chopped green onions and enjoy with garlic bread .
