酵種 Yeast:
35g 天然酵母
35g 室溫水
60g T65 法國麵粉
攪拌後室溫發酵一小時.移至冰箱冷藏發酵

主麵團Main dough:
138g 紅肉火龍果 red-fleshed dragon fruit (加水至160g.add water to 160g)
20g 糖 sugar
285g T65法國麵粉 French flour
5g 海鹽 sea salt
1大匙冰糖 1tablespoon rock sugar
