The Story Behind BKF

Ministries and callings are birthed out of seasons of opposition and desperation…. we have been there and that’s why we are here. We found ourselves in one of the toughest faith challenges of our life and it was having gone through that season of trekking in the wilderness, that God began to minister to us in a way we had never experienced before.

We knew that we were not the only ones in this journey alone, and having met couples who were blended and searching for the same resources like we were, was a God wink to begin the journey into a calling we did not know yet existed.

After reaching out to our local church, in hopes of finding classes and curriculum for blended families, we discovered that there wasn't one class specifically for blended families and that resources were limited. Little did we know that God would use us to help fill this void in the church and blended families.

Blended Kingdom families was birthed out of God’s given desire to help couples in remarriage and cultivate community among blended families. Living blended our entire lives, we know first-hand both the joys and difficulties that can come along with it.

The redemption and restoration that God has brought into our life, is a testament of His faithfulness and goodness, as we've experienced Him take the losses of our past, and turn them into our greatest gains.

To Him be the glory forever and ever, for nothing is impossible for God.
