Shahid Afridi FINALLY announces retirement from International Cricket | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Legendary Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi announced his retirement from international cricket, ending an illustrious and sometimes controversial 21-year career. Shahid had already quit Test and ODI cricket but still skippered the Pakistan Twenty20 team at the 2016 world championships in India. He stepped down as captain after the tournament but retained hopes of continuing his career in the sport's shortest format as a player.

पाकिस्तान के आलराउंडर क्रिकेटर शाहिद अफरीदी ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट से संन्यास लेने की घोषणा कर दी. इस तरह उनका 21 साल का अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट का शानदार और कभी-कभी विवादास्पद कैरियर समाप्त हो गया।
अफरीदी ने हाल में ही संकेत दे दिए थे कि उनका अंतरराष्ट्रीय करियर लगभग खत्म हो गया है। उन्होंने कहा था कि वह अब फ्रीलांस क्रिकेटर बनना चाहते हैं और दुनिया भर में लीग में खेलने का आनंद लेना चाहते हैं। इस 36 वर्षीय क्रिकेट स्टार ने पहले ही टेस्ट और वनडे क्रिकेट को अलविदा कह दिया था।
