Here are four of Diana, Princess of Wales' most iconic speeches. They span from 1990, 2 years before her separation from Prince Charles, to 1995, the year before her divorce was finalised.

14 February 1990, Diana attended the RELATE Family of the Year Awards ceremony. She spoke of the difficulty of marriage breakdowns and presented an award to the winning family.

27 April 1993, Diana argued for a better understanding of eating disorders at the 'Eating Disorders '93' Conference. In doing so, she shone a light on a taboo subject that had for a long time been widely misunderstood.

3 December 1993, Diana made a historic speech at a lunch hosted by the brain injury charity Headway. It would be remembered as the speech in which Diana, who had a long association with Headway, announced that she was stepping back from public duties.

7 December 1995, Diana spoke at an event for youth homelessness charity Centrepoint. She talked about the young people she had met before and urged the audience to continue its work with the younger generation.
