Today's drop! This one was an emotional one for me. This exact console changed the world of gaming for me. I was in the 4th grade, 2003, it was Christmas time and this masterpiece unveiled itself, forever changing me, giving me time I'd never want to give back and memories I'll never want to forget. Today, it's the PlayStation 2 (PS2).

Released by Sony on March 4, 2000, in Japan and later worldwide, remains the best-selling gaming console of all time, with over 155 million units sold. As the successor to the original PlayStation, it revolutionized gaming with its backward compatibility, DVD playback, and a massive library of over 4,000 games. Iconic titles like Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Kingdom Hearts (1 and 2), God of War, Final Fantasy X and literally so much more cemented its legacy. The PS2 also pioneered online gaming for consoles and set new standards in graphics and gameplay. Cheers to this old buddy. What a send off.
