Instant Pot Mexican Rice with Blackbeans

Mexican Rice, Spanish Rice, Rice and Beans, I am not sure how to title this one but yummm
It was really good, however my husband suggested that maybe we spice it up a little more (I made some notes below) so that the rice flavor could stand up to the rest of the meal.
I will say this one is a keeper, hope you give this one a try.

Ingredients
2.5 cups water
2 cups long grain white rice
1 can rotel (try to find the 15 oz can)
1 can blackbeans (rinsed and drained)
4-5 TBSP Taco Seasoning

Place in Instant Pot in the above ingredient order and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes, do a quick release, stir and serve. Add a little shredded cheese when you serve...
