Daughters of Ash is an amazingly well-done mod that changes your entire route of progression, changes and adds boss fights, adds new quest lines (obvious and hidden ones) and reworks many items. It significantly changes most enemy and item placements, items, game progression logic, event triggers, and even boss fights.

Forget what you have learned on the vanilla version, you have to try new things and rewire your brain for everything.
