🔰 ACCUSED VICKY KUMAR @ RITURAJ WAS INVOLVED IN KIDNAPPING FOR RANSOM & MURDER CASE OF PS BHD NAGAR, DELHI.

🔰 ACCUSED VICKY KUMAR @ RITURAJ & HIS REAL BROTHER-IN-LAW VARUN KIDNAPPED THE VICTIM WITH THE INTENTION OF EXTORTING MONEY. WHEN THEIR DEMANDS WERE NOT MET, THEY BRUTALLY MURDERED THE VICTIM.

🔰 ACCUSED WAS INTENTIONALLY ABSCONDING FROM TRIAL TO SAVE HIMSELF FROM CONVICTION.

🔰 HE WAS DECLARED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER BY THE HON’BLE COURT OF MS. MANIKA, LD. ASJ (FTC) SOUTH WEST, DWARKA COURT IN FIR NO. 95/2018, U/S 302/365/364A/120B/34 IPC, PS BHD NAGAR, DWARKA DISTRICT, DELHI.


The alert staff of Anti-Auto Theft Squad/Dwarka District has pulled off the arrest of proclaimed offender namely *Vicky Kumar @ Rituraj S/o Amrender Mishra, age 28 years, who was absconding intentionally from the trail of the *brutal murder case*.


🟡 *TASKING & TEAM: -*

As directed by DCP/Dwarka District, a dedicated team headed by Inspr. Kamlesh Kumar - I/c AATS/Dwarka comprising HC Rajesh Kumar, Hc Manoj Kumar & HC Sandeep was constituted in close supervision of Sh. Ram Avatar - ACP/Ops. to ARREST/TRACE Proclaimed Offenders.


🟡 *INFORMATION & ARREST: -

The dedicated team continuously worked on technical & manual information. Relentless efforts of the team bore results, when on 01.01.2025, an information was received by HC Rajesh that one person, who has been declared Proclaimed Offender by the Dwarka court in a *kidnapping cum brutal murder case of PS Baba Haridass Nagar, Delhi, is presently residing in Burari area of Delhi. Also that he is intentionally evading from trail of the case.

Immediately, information was shared with senior officers & above said dedicated team reached at Burari, where door to door verification was conducted by the team. After a long drill, at the instance of secret informer, accused Vicky Kumar @ Rituraj, age 28 Years was apprehended from Burari, Delhi.

On enquiry he was found declared a proclaimed offender on 06.01.2014 by the Hon’ble court of Ms. Manika, Ld. ASJ (FTC) South West, Dwarka Court in case FIR No. 95/2018, U/S 302/365/364A/120B/34 IPC, PS BHD Nagar, Dwarka District, Delhi.

As per order and interrogation accused Vicky Kumar @ Rituraj was arrested under the provisions of 35.1(d) BNSS.


🟡 *INTERROGATION: -

During interrogation, accused *Vicky Kumar @ Rituraj, disclosed that in 2018, he & his brother-in-law, Bhushan Kumar Singh @ Varun worked together at a shop where they met another employee, Sachin.

Familiarizing themselves with Sachin's family, they hatched a plan to extort ransom.

The accused, aided by Bhushan Kumar Singh @ Varun, kidnapped Sachin but failed to secure the ransom.

Subsequently, they murdered Sachin & escaped to their native village in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. After being released on bail, the accused changed his address & intentionally evaded trial, *attempting to avoid accountability for crimes*.

He was residing at his native village and had recently come to Delhi to celebrate New Year with his friends.

Accused *Vicky Kumar @ Rituraj S/o Amrender Mishra, R/o Village Sudeepur Ratnara, Post Office Choki Hatha District Mujaffarpur, Bihar, age 28 years.


🟡 DETAIL OF THE CASE:-

FIR No. 95/2018, U/S 302/365/364A/120B/34 IPC, PS BHD Nagar, Dwarka District, Delhi.

Accused has been produced before the Hon’ble court & sent to JC.
