In this episode we trekked back to a trusty spot, in search of the muddies moving back in for the season. Wasn't our overall best, but still manged to nail a few for a feed/cook. Heading home and trying something different, we whipped up a butter chicken mud crab pocket/pastie and slow baked it in the weber. Overall, this one was such a great dish to cook and try. One we will defiantly make again!
