TipTop Deluxe is an enjoyable matching game with a refreshing gameplay. The objective of the game is to make matches of three or more identical adjacent blocks to score points. The blocks can be in line, form an L, or a square (four blocks together). In this game, you don't have to swap blocks like in most match-3 games. Here, for every block you drop in the selected column, another block randomly float upwards. These can help you make matches too, so keep an eye on them. To complete a level, you must make a certain number of matches to fill the progress bar that is on your right. You lose the game if any column reaches the top or bottom of the screen. Also, if you make matches of four blocks or more, or 2 combinations you score more points. They also help you finish the levels faster. There are also special blocks that are power-ups that help you get more points or give you a hand if you are almost touching the edges of the screen.

The game includes three modes: Regular, Strategy, and Speed modes. In the Strategy mode, you can take your time to think your moves carefully; while in Speed mode, you race against the floating blocks, since they quickly float up, thus requiring good reflexes and a quick hand.

The graphics are cartoonish and nice. Besides, sound effects are good and the music is nice, if a bit repetitive and annoying over time. In short, TipTop Deluxe is an enjoyable match-3 game that offers different gameplay and three different modes to keep you entertained for a while.
