LOST MY SENIOR GOLF SWING - What can you DO to get it BACK?

In this video I talk about what you can do if you've lost your golf swing. Very often this happens due to a lack of coordination. The best way to practice this is to start with a half swing, then a three quarters swing and finish with a full swing. I explain how to practice each part and then piece it all together. Once your coordination improves you will start to hit much better shots and often your rhythm improves also. Win-win in my book.
