More than being a newly certified freediver,i am thankful for the learnings and safety rescue drills i got from the wave 1 Molchanov course.

I am happy that I was able to complete all the requirements in Panglao, with the help of my instructor, the @marese.secades , national record holder. Thanks so much for the patience.

I have been eyeing for this before but budget and time hinders me. Now, i don't want another thing like COVID to stop me by chasing my breath.(major factor),because it is just all around the corner. Looking at the solemness and majestic beauty of Panglao, the perfect timing, being surrounded by the warm and supportive freediving community and the healthy competitive atmosphere at superdive freehome, i felt like the universe conspired to help me achieve my underwater goal for this year. I earned this. Blood(literally),sweat and tears.Thank you, Lord.
