Gaggia Classic Mods: Stage 1 - Portafilter

Explaining the mods you can do to the Gaggia Classic portafilter to increase the quality of your coffee and make it easier to work with the machine. This first video is starting with the easiest, low risk, modifications you can make which are swapping parts of your portafilter out. This would work for any 58mm espresso machine. The second video coming soon will going into details of changing parts of the machine such as the group head gasket, steam wand, shower screen, and shower screen holder. The third video will be looking at temperature control.
