Managed to "save" an old CT110 from the rubbish tip. This video is of the initial tear down and inspection of the engine. Engine was destined to be cut up, due to looking worse for wear being left to the elements for many years. Closer inspection, it was evident it was worth saving as the piston and bore looked in good condition. Replacing all bearings, timing chain, points, clutch plates and a complete tear down to clean and then assemble.
