Liverpool player's 18 turnovers nearly led to setback alongside Kelleher.

Liverpool secured a thrilling 4-3 victory at Anfield, earning all three points against Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday. Despite being pegged back twice, Jurgen Klopp's team found themselves trailing in the final minutes before a quick double turnaround resulted in a dramatic win on Merseyside. Alisson's injury provided Republic of Ireland international Caoimhin Kelleher with a chance to showcase his skills, but he failed to seize the opportunity with a subpar performance in goal.

Kelleher's Performance Against Fulham In Statistics
The Irish goalkeeper had a challenging afternoon at Anfield, conceding from three out of five shots directed at his goal by Fulham.
He allowed 1.22 more goals than the xG (Expected Goals) value suggested he should have, highlighting the extent to which the 25-year-old fell short of expectations.
The first equalizing goal by Harry Wilson easily beat Kelleher at his near post, while the second, scored by Kenny Tete for Fulham, was a significant error as the goalkeeper came off his line to collect the ball but somehow managed to push it backward into his own net.
Liverpool's defenders did not cover themselves in glory for Bobby Decordova-Reid's goal, making it 3-2, but Kelleher seemed to position himself well and then turned but missed the header that came towards him.
It was a dismal performance from Liverpool's substitute goalkeeper, but he wasn't the only one in a Red shirt who almost became a liability, as Darwin Nunez also struggled in the middle of the pitch.

Darwin Nunez's Performance Against Fulham In Statistics
The Uruguayan international has developed a concerning pattern of missing significant goal-scoring opportunities since his transfer from Benfica at the beginning of the previous season. In his debut season in English football, he squandered an astonishing 20 'big chances' in 29 Premier League appearances, managing to find the back of the net only nine times.
Two of these missed opportunities occurred on Sunday against Fulham, with the striker failing to capitalize on openings provided by his teammates, a recurring theme throughout his Liverpool career so far.
In addition to his two missed 'big chances,' Nunez completed only 57% of his attempted passes and lost 60% (6/10) of his duels throughout the 90 minutes. The 24-year-old forward also lost possession 18 times, indicating wastefulness on the ball and a lack of contribution to his team, coupled with consistent poor finishing that made him a liability in the final third.
Fortunately, goals from Wataru Endo and Trent Alexander-Arnold ensured Liverpool secured all three points, sparing Nunez's misses from proving costly on this occasion. However, Klopp will be anticipating improved performances from Nunez and Kelleher in the next outing, as there's no guarantee the rest of the team can rescue them every time.
