. Hello friends, today I'm going to show you how to make Paneer Tortilla Wrap and we will not use market Tortilla instead we will make Tortilla (Roti) at home

Ingredients of Paneer Tortilla Wrap

(For Tortilla)

1 cup maida
½ tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs ghee
warm water

(For Salad)

½ cup cabbage
¼ cup Yellow capsicum
¼ cup Red capsicum
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbs lemon juice

(For Stuffing)

3 tbs oil
¼ cup sweet corn
¼ cup carrot
¼ cup capsicum
salt (according to your taste)
1 tsp ginger paste (¼ tsp garlic paste if you want)
4 medium size chopped tomatoes
1 tbs dry coriander powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbs pizza sauce
1 tbs tomato ketchup
150 gm paneer
green Chutney
