ESRGAN is an AI Neural Network software that is capable of upscaling and reconstructing low-resolution images, while retaining most of their elements
and details intact.


I took the original video file from the Silent Hill 2 PS2 disk (the original NTSC-U release), used ESRGAN with the Manga109 training model to upscale the video 4 times its
original resolution, and applied a few filters to restore the color from the first half of the FMV (the videotape has actual color, but it's heavily desaturated).
I also included the original black and white version.
The uncensored audio was taken from the original PS2 disk files.
