When visiting Ushuaia, the southernmost city of the world, you have to taste the centolla, a species of king crab found off southern South America. We had a simple but delicious lunch at a cozy little place called La Cantina de Freddy where you can choose your king crab while they are still alive. Very fresh and very delicious - I wish I could have lunch there again today :)
