Canada's new consulate in Greenland has officially opened with a flag-raising ceremony in the capital of Nuuk. Following American threats to Greenland's territorial integrity, Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand said Canada's new consulate aims to bolster ties in security as well as climate change and trade.
