Recording YouTube Videos in Public - breaking through my fears

Hiding away in my office at home is truly my safe zone, but what happens when I pluck up courage to venture outdoors?

I'm Jo, 55, London mother and grandmother. I've lived a varied life and learnt a LOT along the way, and if you are also in this 'midlife' stage I'm sure you have too.
