airBaltic RIGA OPEN 2024 - disc golf festival

The biggest disc golf festival in Riga has finished. During three days of the tournament, 100 players from 6 countries of the world shone brightly at airBaltic Disc Golf Park, setting new personal and course records, as well as enjoying the magic of the Riga's Birthday celebrations. No one was left indifferent, as the excellent Ufogolf team conjured an unforgettable atmosphere for every participant, fan or simple passerby.

During the competition, participants in 6 separate groups fought for the opportunity to win cash prizes, various gifts from tournament supporters, as well as the main prize - flight tickets to the destination of their choice, which was provided by the best airline and general sponsor of the competition - airBaltic. There was an intense battle for first place in all groups, as one wrong decision could decide the fate of the game. Mathias Villota (EST), Elizabete Pēkšena (LAT), Raimo Kimmel (EST), Nils Rudiņš (LAT), Madis Tučs (LAT) and Jere N. Tiemi (LAT) are the very first AirBaltic Riga Open champions. The first ones will never be forgotten!

The first AirBaltic Riga Open was a blast, but still held an opportunity to grow and develop, so that after 3 years it will become an international A-tier competition, which has not yet been experienced in Latvia.
