This is my brother's story. He suffered a severe head injury after a serious car accident in 1997. He is my inspiration for the eyes alight appeal as part of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust. We hope to give people like Rupert something to smile about again, the chance to fulfil dreams and to literally light up faces.
