Traditional Cretan instrument maker Nikos Papalexakis in Rethymno, Crete, Greece makes a variety of Greek lyra. To learn more & shop online http://Papalexakis.Gr . We tour his studio and listen to him play some of his creations. Like his father before him, in a small workshop in the old town of Rethymno, he builds beautiful pieces crafted from rosewood and cedar harvested on Crete.
Nikos welcomes visitors to his workshop just outside the gate to Old Town Rethymno.
