This is the third video in my series about common fountain pen inks from India, and it's all about Topperz, a brand of ink that seems to be intended for school children and is designed to refill used up ink cartridges.

Topperz ink comes in four colors: black, blue, red and green, and costs 40 or 50 rupees. I've only tried the black, so far, but it has good flow and is well behaved overall.
