How to upload and share documents in HubSpot

In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to upload and share documents in HubSpot.

In HubSpot, with the documents tool, you can build a library of content for your entire team to upload and share documents with your contacts.

Steps to follow:

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales in the main navigation bar.

2. Then click on Documents.

3. Click Upload new document, then select the import source for your file.

4. Once the document is uploaded, it will appear in your documents dashboard.

5. Now, let’s see how you can share a trackable link with your contacts.

6. Hover over the document name and click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Create link.

7. In the dialog box, enter the recipient's email address.

8. Click Create link.

8. Then you can Click copy to copy the document link, or click Compose an email to send an email with the document link from the contact's record.

9. To see the metrics like the number of links created, visitor’s list, and views, go to documents and click on the name of the document and you can see the metrics.
